During this call, we clarify the vision, group size, and destination ideas, assess readiness, logistics, and feasibility, and determine the level of coordination required. If we move forward, the discovery call fee is applied toward your coordination package.

Step 2: Custom Coordination Proposal
After the discovery call, you’ll receive a recommended coordination scope, timeline expectations, and pricing based on group size, destination, and complexity.

Step 3: Group Trip Coordination Begins
Once booked, I step in to guide the planning process, support logistics, and help ensure your group trip comes together smoothly.
